Video Downloader Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of Video Downloader - Video Saver (the “App”), provided by DeepTechSolution (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the App.

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you. If parental or guardian consent is required, you may use the App only with that consent and supervision.

2. Permission to use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable Google Play rules. We retain ownership of the App, its design, code, and branding. This license does not give you ownership of the App or any third-party media.

You must not sell, redistribute, or copy the App, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits doing so.

3. Downloads, copyright, and permitted use

The App provides tools for downloading and playing media. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permission before accessing, downloading, saving, or sharing any content. A download being technically possible does not mean it is authorized.

• Only download or share content that you own, that the rights holder has authorized, or that you are otherwise legally permitted to use.
• Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights, and the terms of the websites and services you access.
• Do not use the App to bypass digital rights management, paywalls, authentication, or other access restrictions.
• Do not use the App for unlawful activities or to access, store, or distribute illegal content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate images, threats, harassment, or content that infringes another person's rights.

The App does not grant permission to download from any particular platform. Third-party names and services belong to their respective owners; their availability in the App does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

4. Third-party websites, content, and advertising

The App may let you access third-party websites or content and may display advertising. Those websites, content, advertisements, and services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

We do not control or guarantee third-party content, its legality, safety, accuracy, or continued availability. Use care when following links, downloading files, or interacting with advertisements. Website changes or restrictions may cause some downloads to stop working.

5. Privacy and device permissions

Our Privacy Policy describes our information practices. The App may request device permissions to support features such as accessing, saving, or playing media. You can manage permissions in your device settings; declining a permission may limit the related feature.

You are responsible for managing your downloaded files, keeping appropriate backups, securing your device, and any mobile data, internet, or storage costs associated with using the App.

6. Charges and purchases

Any paid feature or purchase offered in the App will show its price and applicable terms before you purchase. Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Nothing in these terms limits a refund or other remedy available to you under applicable law.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App, subject to applicable law and any commitments made when you purchase a feature. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or website, or that every media file can be downloaded or played.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or the safety of third-party files.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App, including lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of business. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or remedies.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your permission to use the App if you materially violate these terms, subject to applicable law. Clauses concerning ownership, responsibility for prior use, and liability continue to apply where relevant after use ends.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms and will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice in the App or by another appropriate means and obtain consent where required by law. Changes will not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

11. Applicable law and your rights

These terms apply subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. They do not restrict any right you have to bring a claim before a court or authority available to you under that law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
